A link contained in this post is of a familiar story of a young mother. She confesses that her old way of depending on earthly relationships kept her empty and forever wanting more. God knows our hearts cry and He responded to the desire of this broken woman's soul. Her story is one that you may wish to share with a friend, a relative, a young woman you know. Therefore, for all the tremendous Women of Value that I have come to know and admire at Lakeside, feel free to copy and paste the link in your browser and email it to someone that God brings to your mind. Her story reflects my story in many ways. As families come together for Thanksgiving and Christmas, it is my hope that any woman who came from a similar broken, dysfunctional home, that her testimony will resonate in such a way that a burst of renewed THANKSGIVING will well up in you for all that Jesus has done personally for you. This young woman's restored JOY will touch any heart.

Trina Lee shared "Her story is very inspiring. I was once in her situation. I am an illegitimate child with a broken home. I got pregnant at an early age (teen) but God showered me with love that all my pain and struggle were turned into happiness and fulfillment. I thank my Lord Jesus for what He has given me and I will worship Him for the rest of my life. He lifted me up when I was down. He showed me the right way. Praise the Lord."
