A Unified Force

Norma and Billie blessed us with Spirit filled words of knowledge and encouragement during the high holy days of Rosh Hashanah October 1, 2019. All the pictured Women of Value within this post seek God and earnestly pray as they listen to what the Spirit of God is saying. As Spirit filled intercessors we are steadfast as we walk and talk in obedience to what God reveals to us. We pray for protection, wisdom and divine understanding for all those in leadership in the state of Jalisco and for the entire government of Mexico. Rosh Hashanah is the "head of the year". The WORD for this ERA is "MOUTH". We are called to declare truth and withhold any word that does not agree with God. He will speak to the people for you, and it will be as if He were your mouth and as if you were God to him.” Exodus 4:16  Over the next 10 days of Rosh Hashanah, we examine our hearts, our feelings and confess how we have missed the mark.  "God is Spirit and His worshippers must worship in Spirit and in truth." John 4:24 Billie Boatright and Norma Johnson attended our intercessory prayer session in order to encourage us. We were asked to give VOICE to our individual strengths and weaknesses. Admitting where we struggle allows us to cover one another with specific words of encouragement. Our impact for the Lord in this territory gets stronger as we rely on the whole body to come together as a mighty reservoir of His anointing which is His release of God's power in us to accomplish what we cannot do in our own strength. Norma reminded us that we do not need to war against darkness; we are simply to walk in the Spirit, in our full authority. Billie stood up with her hands on her hips to demonstrate what it looks like to stand in God’s authority. Collectively as a group we declared that we are unified and ready to receive all that God has for us as we welcomed His Presence.  As we employ our combined gifts, our eternal impact on Mexico is strengthened.  Our intercessory prayer group is a huge reservoir of many unique gifting's and abilities that we are using to grow the kingdom of God.   Billie reminded us to rise up in confidence and ask God for a Word to share with the group before we meet weekly.  “Lord, what part of Your heart am I to express today?” We learned that risk is an element of faith and that we are to remember our root “in Him” and record our victories. Billie reminded us that whatever is affecting the ground we stand on, affects us first.  We walk on the ground of the people of Mexico and as we remain sensitive to the Spirit, we know that the people of Mexico feel weak as they falsely believe that they have no power to change things --- As Spirit filled women and men, we boldly proclaim the victory that Jesus won over the Liar's schemes. Filled with authority, we worship God by reciting scripture, by singing and dancing in the victory He provided. Our worship whips God's army of angels into a hyper state of activity and they destroy strongholds. The minds of Mexico's inhabitants shift from defeat to hope within the tangible Presence of God!  Billie listened and summarized the groups spoken weaknesses. Her spirit perceived we were each feeling a similar weakness of the people of Mexico. “I am not good enough, I am not capable, I am not worthy to be used by God, I do not have anything worth saying, or a contribution that can make a difference.”  Billie reminded us all of our identity in Christ, and that intercessory prayer is not about us.  We are to listen with our hearts and pray against what is going on within our personal feelings and in the atmosphere.
Billie demonstrated the Spirit ruling over the soul. She placed a hand of God over our clinched fisted Soul.  We were challenged to ween ourselves from our feelings, our mind, our will, our soul as we recognize our inability to be effective in our own strength. We are to call on the Spirit of God to rule over our soul so that He can direct our time of intercession. Ask God to increase His JOY JUICE as we pray. We learned from Carol that the Rose of Sharon is the Hibiscus flower. A radiant flower that only opens “in the sun”, and it closes in the darkness.  Norma shared a scripture that calls us to arise and pierce the atmosphere with His power, with His Light, and His authority. In this New Year there is a new outpouring, a new explosion of God in us individually. As a connected force for the glory of God, when we walk in to a place, we make declarations with great expectation for what God is doing in the unseen realm. As we worship God in awe of what He has already done, breakthroughs occur.  Our assignment for the following years is to know with confidence that the anointing of God remains in us, regardless of the way we feel. (1 John 2:27)  “The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.  He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives  and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness,  a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor.” Isaiah 61 – This year is a time of JOY as we are careful to only speak good words that agree with all of God’s promises. It is a year to worship God for the battle He has already won! Before we departed Carol shared this word with us. “I may have to stay and wait outside the door and be prepared by God to walk through the door He opens.”  Expanding that word:  We cannot demand that God do anything according to our timing. We must lay it all out before Him, while trusting that His timing is always perfect. It is important to pray, to intercede for each other, and to speak honest words of encouragement to one another “as if it already were”.  God’s Word says that loving one another is more important than speaking in tongues, or sharing words of knowledge, or having a faith that shakes mountains, or our generous giving to the poor. PROCLAIMING 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

We  are not self-seeking, we are not easily angered, and we keep no record of wrongs. We do not delight in evil but we rejoice together in the truth. We always protect, always trust, always hope, and always persevere. We are made in the image of God, and God is LOVE, and His Love never fails. We walk and speak in His authority, we wear His righteousness, we are unified by His Spirit, we trust in His anointing, as we live
totally Love soaked, wrapped in His wisdom.
"What then shall we say, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each of you has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that the church may be built up." 1 Corin 14:26 We stand in authority and declare the Lord’s healing on the land of Mexico and for justice in this land.  We called on our Father to cover all people in positions of authority with His love, as He fills their ears with wisdom and understanding. "As for you, the anointing you received from Him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as His anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in Him. And now, dear children, continue in Him, so that when He appears we may be confident and unashamed before Him at His coming." 1 John 2:26-28    Wise words from Smith Wigglesworth "All success is in a broken spirit , and being a person of one book, and that book is the Holy Bible. Consume it and your spirit will grow. All things are possible when you know how to die. The Spirit of God cannot live in you, work through you or use you if you are still living according to your feelings, or your personal preferences.“ God calls you by name, you are His and He is yours. Your value to God is immeasurable. Your true identity is only found in Him, the King of kings, Jesus Christ who waits upon your call to Him. Instead of the phone, pick up the Bible and see what God says about who you are. Be thrilled, be amazed, be transformed by His grace. Be ignited with a purpose that will outlast any endeavor or accomplishment. His plans for you are marvelous. Praise His holy name, Jesus!

  1. The enemy is trembling if you are even thinking of picking up a pen. I saw angels filling up pens with Holy Ghost ink. Words written with resurrection power will heal the sick, raise the dead and cast out devils. Anointed funeral readings may interrupt the service. I sense the Lord saying: "These writings under My unction will have built-in radar to find their readers. Through them, men, women and children will rise to take the kingdoms of this world. My roof-tearing angels have been released and they have your address for prime-time delivery." I see angels with slingshots hurling books into the new year, hitting the foreheads of giants." Time to pick up my PEN and WRITE with Holy Ghost Ink.

There will be those who change history with a pen. An innocent pen will become the axis that will turn the world upside down. The Lord is anointing hands to war and fingers to fight. Does writing interest you? I dare you to pick up that pen!

"Blessed be the Lord my strength, who prepares my hands for war, and my fingers to fight" (Ps. 144:1).

  2. Yom Kippur 2019 Tuesday October 8, 2019 our Cry Out Group notes: Kim voiced a warning that we are to not deviate from the Word of God, we are to be holy as He is holy. As we seek and find Truth in God's Word, He will add to our discernment. The Holy Spirit is always at work to show us, to reveal truth to us, and to convict us so that we can confess our sins and be restored that we may be effective for the glory of God. "Purify us oh God". Proverbs 3:21-26 "My son, do not let wisdom and understanding out of your sight, preserve sound judgment and discretion; they will be life for you, an ornament to grace your neck. Then you will go on your way in safety, and your foot will not stumble. When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet. Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked, for the Lord will be at your side and will keep your foot from being snared." Psalm 119:125 "I am your servant; give me discernment that I may understand your statutes." Hebrews 5:14 "But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil." Romans 8:14 "For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God." Philippians 1:9 "And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight.." Carol shared her vision of a Window being slowly polluted, she cleaned it but it remained cloudy, she cleaned it again and she could still see streaks. We are to investigate everyone who speaks on behalf of God, and if they offer an unclear picture, do not listen to them. Barbara recorded Revelation 2:20 "Nevertheless, I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants..." As we remain purified we will recognize untruth, exaggerations and dismiss the Jezebel that attempts to pollute God's holy Word. 1 John 5:20 "We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know Him who is true. And we are in Him who is true by being in His Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life." Charlotte shared a picture of floating stairs that we are ascending. We are jars of clay, God is the Creator of all things, He is the Potter and Jesus intercedes for us all. Jesus kept it simple and we are to be like Jesus, pure and simple as we boldly trust in Him alone. We are to dig for treasure, to remain "in Him" and allow Him to lead us deeply into all that He has for us.James 1:5 “If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and He will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.” Isaiah 33:6 "He will be the sure foundation for your times, a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the LORD is the key to this treasure." Isaiah said the fear of the Lord is the key to a sure foundation. 1 Timothy 6:19 "a good foundation for the future so that they may experience true life.” John 17:3 "Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent." Proverbs 4:23 "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." Philippians 4:3 "Yes, and I ask you, my true companion, help these women since they have contended at my side in the cause of the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers, whose names are in the book of life."

  3. In 1835 a British girl struggled at being an invalid. Charlotte Elliot was not sure of her relationship with Christ, she did not FEEL worthy to be rescued and used by God even though she had been raised a minister's daughter. “Are you at peace with God?” this question would not leave her mind. She insisted that she had nothing to offer God. Wisely the preacher told her that she need not bring anything but herself. Charlotte surrendered her doubt, fear and reluctance....and accepted Jesus as her Savior. 12 years past and Charlotte felt constant fatigue, and sad about her illness. Remembering her conversion, she took out pen and paper and wrote a poem to encourage others who felt perhaps they too had nothing to give. . ."Just As I Am, without one plea, But that Thy blood was shed for me, And that Thou bidst me come to Thee, Oh, Lamb of God, I come..."

Her poem was published and discovered later that some copies were being sold to raise money for the church. Letters were found in her home written by people whose lives had been transformed by her words. Her song has been translated into hundreds of languages, published in more than 1600 hymnals, and has reached billions around the world, and continues to bring people to Christ even today. When we are faithless, He is faithful. ❤ Sixty years later, in 1931, in England a young man came to the end of his internal struggle against whether Christ was indeed the Son of God. He finally knew in his soul that indeed Jesus was just who He said He was! He realized that God calls us to Him "just as we are". C.S. Lewis was a new born again man, saved by grace! God inhabits the praise of His people. 99 years after Charlotte Elliott penned her words, and 3 years after Lewis’ conversion, the 16-year boy Billy Graham heard the message of salvation preached at a revival and he heard the song, “Just As I Am,” Billy went forward to accept Christ. 20 years later Billy was invited to speak at Cambridge University. Nervous he wanted to cancel it. A kind man named C.S. Lewis encouraged Billy to disregard the critics and to continue with the revival. Throughout Billy's career he closed events with the same song that brought him to Christ, “Just As I Am.” Never think you have “nothing” to bring to Jesus! That is exactly what He wants you to bring... nothing! He wants you, just you, as you are! He can take frustration like Charlotte Elliot’s, skepticism like Lewis’, and nervousness like Billy Graham’s, and reach the world through you! “Just as I am, though tossed about with many a conflict, many a doubt, fightings and fears within, without, O Lamb of God, I come, I come.”

  4. The Cry Out group Oct 8, 2019 included Nan Gorman. As the group prayed over Barbara Hoyle, she was told it would be a year of breakthrough. A vision of God's hand reached down and handed Barb something significant. Barb was to gladly take it and use it with His blessing. Nan described a glowing canoe with Barb flowing with God over a rushing waterfall. Priscilla added that Barb simply sit back and watch God open doors for her as He does all the work. Barbara will receive many good reports about her efforts to glorify God. AMEN

  5. October 8, 2019 to the scribe of Cry Out: Thank you Barb for doing such a great job of capturing the heart of the Cry Out Team! On Yom Kippur, the day we are removed from all worldly concerns, we feel so spiritually awakened, it is almost overwhelming. My prayer for us all is we sustain the heightened awareness of Yom Kippur throughout the year, and enhance our relationship with God on a day-to-day level.

What glorious riches lie ahead as you move into this New Era! I will not cease to speak what He has promised over you. You will see!

    Love and blessings to all,
    Billie Boatright
